My Name is Tommy Cassano, & fitness has been my passion since an early age. 

I got a huge awakening 15 years ago when the doctor labeled me "clinically obese" when I thought I was healthy at the time. 

Ever since then, I have dedicated my life to helping myself and others achieve their best body: both mentally and physically. 

I felt a lot of hardships through trial and error losing over 50lbs, but I have learned 2 overall truths: 1. You are very unique in that every diet, workout, or supplement is not for everyone  2. The ONE TOOL that can be used by the majority is the power of FASTING.

The label "Health Guru" was earned the hard way over many years of experimenting, but now I UNDERSTAND. 

I have become a better health coach and full of gratitude because I have gone through it with you.
